Obituary for Mrs. Lucy Jane Boettcher Webb
Funeral services for Mrs. Lucy Jane Boettcher Webb, age 89, are scheduled for 2 PM on Sunday November 30, 2014 in the Chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with Bro. PJ Hardy officiating. Burial will follow in Antioch Cemetery. Mrs. Webb passed away Friday November 28, 2014 at her home in Lexington, TN. She was born February 10, 1925 in Braintree, MA to the late Alfred William and Teresa Martha Levangie Boettcher. She was the owner of Webb's Grocery with her husband. Mrs. Webb was a member of Broad Street Church of Christ, and also for several years a Girl Scout leader. She enjoyed traveling, history, church activities, watching ice skating, and watching her children and grandchildren play sports. Mrs. Webb was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. John Logan Webb, four brothers, three sisters, and daughter in law, Mrs. Susie Webb. Survivors include, her son, John Webb, daughters; Jane Webb, Joan (Robert) McAdams, and Lori (Eddie) Akins and sister Betty Ochs. Survivors also include her 7 grandchildren; Rob McAdams, Kelly McAdams, Amy (Jason) White, Amanda (Russ) Ramer, Kara (Paul) Smith, Lorrie Robyn Akins, and Jennifer (Brad) Ashby, and 6 great grandchildren; Benjamin Ramer, Suzanne and Amelia Smith, Webb and Knoxly White, and Hunter Ashby.
