IN MEMORY OF great AUNT AUDREY

This is a book I compiled of Aunt Audrey's works.
IT can be ordered at Shutterfly for about $55 and that is using the 50% off and shipping code....but, I think it is well worth it.  They did a great job. It includes about 15 of her paintings and 2 life stories she wrote,

    OUR great GRANDMOTHER'S RECIPE

A few years back, I received a recipe from Aunt Lucy.  It was the one recipe that she had from her mother. Not that Theresa LeVangie invented it, but it is an actual recipe that she made.  So, when I ran across the rcipe yesterday, I decided to print it out for Reunion-goers, as well as, make it. Well, first it has tons of sugar and butter (which would already be ruled out as to something I would make!), but, that aside and for family bonding sake, I got up early this morning and made it.....and....it is very delicious, of course. I sense a connection of a grandmother I never got to meet.  Somehow, that was God's plan, as my mom never got to know her either.
